I BELIEVE
Everything significant in the world came from an IDEA – from somebody challenging how things are done, creatively thinking ways to make it better, and making it happen.

CREATIVITY
My purpose in life is to enrich the world by empowering its creativity.

PRINCIPLES. Over the years I have learnt:

You create your own reality.

You must have a well-rounded and balanced life to express all your inner power.

Who you are being is more fundamental than what you are doing.

Relationships are the organising principle of everything.

The purpose of life is a life of purpose.

Everything that enriches the world comes from creativity.

BETTER BUSINESS. I believe that the most successful businesses:

Have a crystal-clear idea of what they strive every day to be the best in the world at.

And a guiding vision – a goal that everyone believes in, and is playing their unique part in making happen.

Believe in talent – in creating an environment for people to do their best work ever.

Create strong cultures – ones in which entrepreneurialism, creativity and team-work are encouraged and rewarded.

Understand that delivery – both excellence and value-for-money – are basics that can never be neglected.

Commercialism runs throughout – everyone lives the mantra of “control costs” but management spend wisely to generate business advantage.

Never stop moving, are never satisfied with where they are, and always want to be ridiculously better and more successful than their competitors.
And I my personal rules about work have worked for me over the years:

Have a vision and inspire those around you with that vision.

Work with inspiring people.

Create work that is at the edge of what has been done before.

Make money.

Have fun every day.
